On the afternoon of Monday, 2nd March 2026, with the sun shining down on us and the gardens looking their very best, we were delighted to welcome the High Sheriff of Wiltshire, Mr Martin Nye, to Twigs Community Gardens, where he presented a special award to our dedicated volunteers in recognition of their outstanding commitment and service.
Mr Nye spent time meeting our volunteers, learning more about our work, and personally thanking volunteers for the difference they make to our community. His kind words and encouragement were greatly appreciated and made the occasion even more meaningful.
We are incredibly proud of our volunteers and grateful to the High Sheriff for taking the time to celebrate their dedication. It was a wonderful afternoon, made even more special by the beautiful spring sunshine and the sense of community shared by everyone present.
